What did you do ?

Ok, so you got the plan, everything seems to be perfectly fine in your life and in order and then suddenly something go wrong. Did you missed some detail of your plan or did you really mess up? You are starting to worry and questioning your principles, you lack motivation and inspiration and the main question is what the hell happened ?

Before you start to worry and  and let your inner critic beat you down, take a moment and think about your karma. Yes, I am talking about the cosmic law of justice – cause and effect, what goes around comes around, etc.

Karma – (in Hinduism and Buddhism) the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.

There are a lot  of  layers of the human psyche involved in the way karma works. Your reality is your perspective, and over time your perspective of yourself is going to change based  of your past actions and intentions. It ‘s how you project  the identity of who you think you are, but who you are in the present moment is not who  you will be in the future.I am not talking like karma is just about the bad deeds, it’s about how we feel about our self. Eckhart Tole talks about the “Pain Body,” which is  identification with the ego. It makes us feel like victims whenever we don’t get what we want, feel misunderstood.  That is why Karma is often a lack of awareness of how your patterns of behavior  are holding you back. The bad experiences should not become our identity, but rather  wake up call to rise to the occasion toward becoming a more evolved person. An awareness. The path that we put our self through. Use the lessons of it to grow as a person , to be more aware  and choose to evolve. As you become more aware of your decisions and actions, you will then learn to make choices that are mindful. Give up on feeling guilty. Guilt changes nothing. It may make you feel you’re accepting responsibility, but it can’t produce anything new in your life. The simple awareness of your ego, past actions, and intentions gives you the freedom to carve a new destiny that will release you from your karma. What you put out there you attract. What did you do today ?
